Have you ever had myriad thoughts racing through your mind that keep you from being present in the moment? You know what I mean. Thoughts about what someone said to you, what you witnessed or experienced during the day, or even after shopping these images, words, and transactions run through your mind and hijack your calm?
One of the most effective tools in my tool box, is the Rose. A Red Rose. To get rid of energy that is not mine or to call back my energy from situations where I “left myself,” a simple visualization of the Red Rose and a directive to have it collect up your energy wherever you left it, is a quick way to “gather” yourself again. So I visualize a Red Rose, command it to gather my energy from wherever I have left it, and then to EXPLODE THE ROSE! That’s it! It’s amazing how well this tool works to clear my mind! I repeat this until I feel clearer and more grounded. I love this tool and want you to have it too, as many who study Mastering Alchemy know.
One other aspect of the Rose that helps is to direct or command the Rose to remove anyone’s attention point that was left in the middle of your head or your energy field. Just visualize a Red Rose and command it to gather anyone’s attention point that they left in your energy field and EXPLODE the Rose to return that energy to them and to clear your aura. Simple.
